Zack Garner is the Director of Asset Management at Actus Capital. Based in Birmingham, Zack leads asset management across Actus Capital’s portfolio, with responsibility for asset-level business plans, financial performance oversight, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. He partners closely with third-party management teams to drive operational execution, capital planning, and value creation, and works cross-functionally with the investment team on due diligence and major strategic decisions.
