Ryan Griffin

President & Chief Investment Officer

Ryan Griffin is a Co-Founder, President and Chief Investment Officer of Actus Capital. He leads the acquisition team, is the Chairman of the Investment Committee and is responsible for all equity and debt relationships. Prior to co-founding Actus Capital, Ryan was a Founder and Principal of Rock Apartment Advisors where he was instrumental in Rock’s start-up (2002), expansion and eventual sale to Harbert (2010). During his tenure at Rock, Ryan was personally responsible for over $1 Billion in apartment transactions across the Southeastern US. Ryan is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder, YPO member, and graduated from Auburn University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics.
