Actus Cares Director

Ruth is the Actus Cares Director and is responsible for recruiting and training teams as well as providing guidance and direction for all the Actus Cares teams that serve in our communities. Based in Athens, GA, Ruth also serves as the Actus Cares team for 1287 Shoals Apartments and has first-hand experience in serving the residents in her community by planning monthly events and building relationships. Prior to joining Actus Capital, Ruth served in the Hospitality Industry as Director of Sales & Marketing at various hotel chains/companies primarily in the southeast.
